Terms of Service

Tunesake creates an original, personalized song from the details you provide — the occasion, the recipient, the story, the style and the voice. Each song is written, sung and produced with a mix of AI-assisted tools and human craft. The song is a digital product delivered as an audio file and a private, shareable page.

The base price for one custom song is $29 USD. Rush delivery (2 hours) is an optional add-on for $8.99. Optional extras may be offered on your song page: unlocking the full written lyrics ($7.99), an MP3 download with a commercial-use license ($59), and a lyric video ($99). Prices are shown before you pay.

Orders are sold and invoiced by MASSAWI LTD, a company registered in England and Wales — see our legal notice. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. A request for changes to an already-delivered song is a paid revision priced at $13.99 (plus rush if selected).

Standard delivery is within 24 hours; rush delivery is within 2 hours of a completed order. Times are targets, not guarantees — if we ever need longer, we will let you know. You receive your song on a private link that only people you share it with can open.

We want you to love your song. If something isn’t right, we’ll revise it for free until you’re happy. If it still isn’t right, we’ll refund you in full — just email order@tunesake.com.

You are responsible for the details you submit. Please only include information you have the right to share, and keep it lawful and respectful. You confirm that the personal details you provide about a recipient are shared with a legitimate personal purpose (for example, a gift).

We may decline or refund an order that requests hateful, harassing, infringing or otherwise unlawful content.

Your song is created for your personal use. You may listen to it, download it (where included or purchased), and share it privately with friends and family. Commercial use — for example public performance, advertising, monetized video, or resale — requires the MP3 + commercial license add-on. MASSAWI LTD retains ownership of the underlying compositions, recordings and the Tunesake brand.

Songs are produced with AI-assisted tools refined by people. Results are creative and unique; we cannot guarantee a specific artist’s voice, an exact melody, or that a song will resemble any particular existing work. Our guarantee (section 04) is your protection if you’re not satisfied.

To the extent permitted by law, MASSAWI LTD’s total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place your order applies to that order. The current version is always available on this page.
