Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to create and deliver your song:

• Your email address (to create your order and send your song).
• The brief you write: the occasion, the recipient’s name, your relationship, the story, your style choices and the language you ordered in.
• Payment confirmation from Stripe — we never receive your full card number.
• Basic technical data (such as IP address and device/browser) and, if you consent, advertising and analytics cookies.

To write, produce and deliver your song; to process your payment; to provide support and revisions; to recover incomplete orders you started; and — only with your consent — to measure and improve our advertising.

On first visit we ask for your consent before loading any analytics or advertising cookies. If you accept, we use Meta (Facebook) Pixel and its server-side Conversions API, and Google Analytics 4, to understand which ads work. If you decline, these are not loaded. You can change your mind by clearing your browser storage for this site. Essential cookies needed to run the site, remember your language and process payments are always active.

We share data only with the service providers that make Tunesake work:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Google Firebase — secure storage of orders and song files.
• OpenAI and Suno — AI-assisted lyrics and music production.
• Meta and Google — advertising measurement, only with your consent.

We never sell your personal information.

We keep your order and song so you can access your private page over time and request revisions. You can ask us to delete your personal data at any time (see section 07); we may retain minimal records where required for accounting or legal reasons.

Data is stored with Google Firebase and accessed only through our secured servers. Payments run over encrypted connections handled by Stripe. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Depending on where you live (including under UK/EU GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email contact@tunesake.com and we’ll take care of it.
